Posting refunds and cancellations

This policy covers paid job postings on PLC Jobs.ca — $99 for a standard posting and $199 for a featured posting. Postings run for 30 days from the day they go live, unless closed earlier by the employer or removed under this policy.

Before a posting goes live

Rejected during review: every posting is reviewed before it is published. If we do not publish your posting, you receive a full refund automatically — no need to ask.

Cancelled before it goes live: if you change your mind and cancel before your posting is published, you receive a full refund. Email us at [email protected] to cancel.

After a posting goes live

Once a posting is live, the posting fee is not refundable if you close the role early or fill the position quickly — the listing has run and done its job. You can close your posting at any time, at no charge.

If something goes wrong on our side

If we remove your posting by mistake, or the site is unavailable for an extended period while your posting is live, you can choose: we put the posting back and extend it for the time lost, or we refund the unused portion of your posting fee.

Postings removed for breaking the terms

Postings that break our terms — for example a fake job, a misleading posting, or a posting for a role outside Canada — may be removed without a refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. To request a refund or ask a question about one, email [email protected] with your company name and the job title from your posting.
